Inner Child Healing Cards

The Inner Child Healing Cards deck is a pictorial tool created to help give voice to the Child Within. Developed by M. E. MacLaren, this powerful resource can be used either in a professional therapy session or by anyone on a personal healing journey. Using the cards can help us to access deeply buried memories not only of childhood joy and excitement but also of childhood trauma. As distressful memories and feelings are brought up, the old, stuck, energy attached to them can be released. When this happens we are then free to grow and transform and live more joyful lives.

The cards can be used as a direct invitation to our inner children to dialogue with us and voice their thoughts and feelings. Or, rather than verbalize, the child(ren) may choose to draw, paint or write about the feeling. Singing, dancing or using a musical instrument to move an emotion up and out, can also be a powerful way to transform energy.
